Retarded.
I have three children that range in age 7 to 19 and I hear this word from their mouths from time to time. One will tell the other to quit acting that way or mock what is said by saying it sounds that way.
"Don't say that. It's not nice," either me or my wife says.
Usually my wife. She's the real parent of the household. I'm there, apparently, to man the couch and to make sure no Cardinals games go unwatched. And I do my job well.
But she's right, as usual. It's not a nice word...
