Isle of Capri said from the start that the casino project would cost $125 million. But what does that pay for? That's a lot of scratch. (Or, a lot of poker chips, if you enjoy gambling puns as much as we newspaper types do.)
For example, the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge cost $100 million. The Rush H. Limbaugh Federal Courthouse cost $62 million.
